Additional Taste Notes From The Degenz Team:
This single-origin Guatemala coffee is fairly mild, with a natural sweetness.
You’ll notice tones of dark chocolate, nuts and a hint of fruit. In fact, if you imagine eating a bar of dark chocolate with fruit and nuts, you won’t be far off.
There’s also a hint of bitter fruit there… like a blueberry that isn’t 100% ripe. Not a bad thing, as this adds a welcome contrast and balance to the dominant feeling of sweet chocolate.
It’s these contrasts that make a coffee interesting!
