Q: Do you ship Degenz Coffee worldwide?
Not quite. We ship within the continental USA, to Canada, and to Europe. That said, shipping prices outside the USA are pretty high. We’re working to find alternative shipping options.
Q: Are your coffees fresh?
Absolutely! If you order a whole bean coffee, we roast it on the day it is shipped to you. It can’t get fresher than that! If you buy ground coffee, it’s shipped the day after it is roasted. How come? Because the ground coffee needs a few hours to rest, and “off-gas”. This allows for the dispersion of carbon dioxide, a buildup of which is caused by the roasting process. If the carbon dioxide isn’t allowed to disperse, it inhibits the extraction of flavors when you brew the coffee. So the one-day delay is for a good reason.
Q: What is your return policy?
We don't offer returns, as coffee is considered a perishable item. The one exception being if the coffee package was damaged during delivery. Any express shipping where applicable is not refunded. (Express shipping is Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and other overnight or Express Shipping services that may have been requested by you.) Ground shipping is not refunded unless our shipping department was at fault and your order arrived damaged.
