Returns Policy

At Degenz Coffee, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on any coffee products once opened or used. However, if your coffee arrives with damaged packaging, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. For any non-coffee items, returns are accepted within 14 days if they are unused and in original packaging.
